We have a range of meat products, any cut of beef, lamb or pork usually being available on request. Some specialist cuts eg. T-bone steaks, brisket on the bone, sirloin on the bone,are best ordered in advance to make sure any joint is cut from meat which has hung for the correct amount of time.

All our stock is raised traditionally, in a natural stress-free environment and handled with care and consideration producing meat of outstanding quality and flavour, which is pure, simple and delicious!

We raise a few pigs each year so there’s nearly always some home reared pork available either fresh or frozen. We currently have plenty or sausages (traditional or flavoured) and leg joints available from the freezer.
